Crowne Plaza Seattle - No Resort Fee - Newly Renovated Ihg Hotel

The hotel offers a fantastic location near downtown with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The elevator system is quite frustrating, leading to long waits and overcrowding. Service at the restaurant could be improved as we faced delays during breakfast.

I was pleased with excellent and comfortable room, which was complete with 2 queen beds, incredible views, for example. The hotel had an awesome location a short walk to Downtown Area.

The fitness center was a nice addition, but parking fees were quite high and the dining options could have been better, especially for breakfast.

Hotel was great and fabulous, I appreciated the stay.

We had a double room with a private bathroom.

Had appropriate and exceptionally nice room, it included a private safe, central heating and an iron. The breakfast was nice and sensational, the check in was quick. Besides, the parking was on-site. The hotel had great location just off shops...  

The beds were incredibly comfy! Everything else was fine, but I wish valet parking was better marked-it was hard to find. a good stay.

Very good location in the middle of the centre. The traffic noise was bearable at least on the 16th floor. Staff mainly friendly, rooms very clean and large.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had only a bathtub and no shower. Lobby is very narrow, uncomfortable and crowded. Breakfast did not have much choice and is excessively overpriced. If you're unlucky, you'll stand in the queue until you're finally assigned a seat.

The location was ideal for shopping around the city and a direct train to the airport.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. The Club lounge could provide 24 hours drinks (non alcoholic). At the Club Lounge, they also need to consider vegetarians. Staff could speak a bit more English and interact more friendly. The front desk Manager, Russ Mccathy needs to be more attentive to travellers. He has very little interest in the travellers. All he wants to do is to get rid of them as soon as possible.

The room was so spacious and clean that it was like I was living in a TV show where every episode revolves around stylish living. The view of downtown was fine. It was like having a front-row seat to a city...  

Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this brand-new hotel. The breakfasts with healthy options. New building, we appreciated convenient and upscale rooms. Location: the property was near city centre and airport. ...

the valet parking was on a very busy corner and created some confusion. The price of parking was extremely high.

last time i stayed in seattle, it was a so-so experience, but this time at crowne plaza blew me away. the room was huge and cozy, and the view of the bustling downtown really set the mood. the friendly staff provided...  

Very friendly and welcoming staff, hotel is in a good location.

While room was clean, things were overall a bit...worn and dated. Restaurant was weirdly situated, and bed wasn't great. Parking fees were stupidly high.
